TROY DILPORT has made a quick return to the TOC director's chair, after directed Sordid Lives last spring (and appearing as "Odell Owens"). Troy has amassed a number of directorial credits, primarily at Wichita Community Theatre, where he is a board member (productions include It's A Wondeful Life, The Women, and The Importance of Being Earnest, for which he won a Mary Jane Teall Award for Best director, as well as for Best Citywide Comedy), and Freakshow Productions, where he is a founding Freak (productions include Parallel Lives, Eve and Co., the Midwest premiere of Lillies, and the Kansas premiere of The Laramie Project). Troy also appeared as "Delbert" in WCT's production of An Evening of Culture, for which he received an MJT Award nomination. |
